the logic is: Peace through strength, Clarity, and Justice, the Projection of strength will deter war, the clarity is knowing who the good guys are and who the bad guys are, and justice comes from the fact that true peace is not just the absence of conflict, it is also the Presence of Justice.

How? I suppose he could use stealth to make it past the star forge's defenses, and I guess if Khan is anything like Sidious even a fart could knock him over. But then how would he escape?

Maybe it could be something like the way Mace Windu died. Master Rafiki could be fighting Khan, and then Simba comes in and strikes Khan down while he uses lightning on Rafiki, and then they both leave the star forge.
