History: Pekka was born the only son of a wealthy couple. His youth was filled with carefree and lackadaisical activities, all of his needs tended to. While on a cruise with his family, their ship was struck by a waterspout and Pekka was hurtled overboard. He was rescued by a friendly Lapras some time later, but she had not seen his parents, only himself. Young and stranded, Pekka tried to find his way home, but he was never able to, and was forced to learn to live on the streets until he found himself at a guild he was able to join. There, he formed a team with fellow newbie Annabelle the Rattata, but he does not speak of his past.
Notes: Pekka alternates between bipedal and quadrupedal locomotion
