MLK Writing Contest #17 [Winners!]

MLK Writing Contest #17 [Winners!]

Postby DGFone » April 14th, 2013, 10:28 pm

No, that extra "s" not a typo. We indeed have multiple winners for the writing contest, three in fact. So congratulate this small band of writers (in order of winning entry appearance):
DGFone
GeminiGemelo
Regulus

Well done you three! I knew that the entries for the contest were good, I didn't expect a three-way tie!

You will all get to create a prompt for the next writing contest, and I will make a special and unique winning group banner. Well done, you three!

And congratulations to Chizuna, Azdgari, and OuRaion: the other authors who took up the challenge and submitted an entry for the contest.

Errr, I don't think that's right. I submitted Prompt 6, and it got 2 votes... So shouldn't I be one of the winners? Or am I somehow mistaken? :\

Yep. I was thinking the same thing. You are correct.

Jeez, man, stop messing up the contest. :P

Double checked, and...
You are entirely correct! "Slight" error now fixed. Sorry about that, don't want to give the credit to the wrong member. :innocent: Hope I didn't hurt too many feelings...

@DGFone Alright, no problem then. I was just confused there for a moment. I hope I didn't bring anyone's hopes down or anything, it's just that it'd be kind of nice to win a prize considering I stayed up until 2 am to finish that story on time. XD

@TBCC Thanks. :D I saw some of the stories on Fanfiction recently, but I don't think I know who wrote 5. It was very good though. :p

I wrote 5. I haven't put it on FF.net for that reason.

So um, will there be six prompts to choose from now?

Great question! I originally planned to have the usual 4, but now I'm not so sure. Wait for when the next contest will be up (should be less than a day) to find out!
