She is 1 of my favourite singers and I first heard her in 2000 when (We Want) The Same Thing was on the radio and I suddenly remembered it in a car advert when I was little and I loved the song so much and then later in the year, Lay Down Your Arms was played and I also remembered it from when I was a kid too. In November 2000, I saw her A Place On Earth. The Greatest Hits Album in HMV and I asked my parents to get it for my birthday which is at the end of the month and after playing the album on my birthday, I grew hooked on her. I was disappointed Lay Down Your Arms wasn't on that album and so I bought her Real album on Ebay in 2006 and loved it so much as well. My top 7 favourite songs by her are:
