Dragon Quest!

Possibly some of the most finest JRPGs ever... The games span over 10 (soon to be 11) main games and a load of fun spin offs. Created by Yuji Horii and with music is composed by Koichi Sugiyama, the Dragon Quest games helped shape RPG history. So, has anyone played these wonderful games? Do you have a favorite DQ game? Are you excited for DQ VII and DQ VIII to finally come out on 3DS?

My favorite Dragon Quest games are DQ IV, DQ V, DQ VII and DQ IX.

I have played every mainline dragon quest except for DQX as it was never released in the west.

I have played a few of the spinoff monsters titles, the rocket slime game on the ds, and heroes 1 on the ps4.

Looking forward to any dq title released in america. My favorites are 3, 5, and 8.

Always wanted to play that yangus spinoff as I adore that character so much.
