I like some many there as you are:

- American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis.
- Ojitos de Ángel by Ramón Fonseca Mora.
- La danza de las Mariposas by Ramón Fonseca Mora.

At least they are the ones I like.

The Redwall Series by Brian Jacques (may he rest in peace)
The Mistmantle Chronicles (similar to the redwall books)
The Eragon books (looking forward to the last book)
101 Dalmatians (the original novel by Dodie Smith, NOT the movie version)
The Dragonkeeper Chronicles by Donita K. Paul
Dragonrider
Twilight series
Dragon adventures: by Jessica day George (can you tell I like dragons lol)
Tales of Dimwood Forest

that's all I can think of at the moment. I'm very much into reading, mostly books centered around animals interest me.

Beyond a shadow of a doubt...
#1 Watership Down - Richard Adams
Then in no particular order...
The Dog On It series - Spencer Quinn
The Last Dragonlord series - Joanne Bertin
Plague Dogs - Richard Adams
Traveller - Richard Adams
Life of Pi - Yann Martel
The Jungle Book - Rudyard Kipling
Pride and Predjudice - Jane Austen
Felidae - Akif Pirincci
The Wolves of Time - William Horwood (1st book better than second)
The Silverwing series - Kenneth Oppel
The Ancient Secret series - Rick Wilkinson (1: Stones of Fire 2: Teeth of the Storm)
Hid Dark Materials - Philip Pullman

And probably a few I'm forgetting as I'm not at home to see my bookcase.

The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon. Just brilliant!

The Perks of Being a Wallflower is a close second favourite.

I also like Firebringer and The Sight by David Clement-Davies, Prowlers by Christopher Golden, anything by Garth Nix.. Harry Potter series is great too! I also like One for Sorrow Two for Joy by Clive Woodall. OH and The Lovely Bones! Man I love books.

As king, you need to understand that balance, and respect
all the creatures, from the crawling ant to the leaping antelope.
