Greetings. I am Grizzly, the father of Jenna and the father-in-law of Balto. In my time, I was sort of the leader figure for the other dogs in Nome. I am a silver-furred Siberian husky and am noted for being one of the things feared by Steele when he was a pup. I never liked him much.

What do you do now?

I'm a very old dog now, so I don't do a whole lot.

is steele still scared of you, cause if he had the common sense god gave a billy goat he would be.

I think he grew out of that. Now, it's more like he just doesn't want to be anywhere near me.

I bet you could still whoop him.

I'm sure I could, though I prefer to avoid conflict if possible.

How did you react when Balto and Jenna became mates after Balto returned the medicine?

I was very happy for the two of them. Plus, I knew that Balto would be a good mate for her.

So it did not bother you that Balto was part wolf? You gave his personality a priority over his heritage?
