My mom found a couple bags of my old toys and three LK figures were in the bag; does anyone know what type of promo they were from?

They are a toddler set by mattel. Theres other versions of simba, sarabi rafiki kiara kovu and banzai too. Even a playset but they are quite hard to come by

They probably are. These figures came out around the time of release if I recall correctly, though obviously the previously-mentioned Kiara and Kovu came out years later.
