Whoa...I should visit more often. 4 pages without a post of mine? Thats unheard of!

Anyways, Mufasa was an amazing king, one of the finest the Pridelands have ever seen. It must've been tough for Simba to fill those pawprints.

Maybe thats why he's so worried in TLK2. He's just trying to be a great father like Mufasa.

I think that's half of it. I also think that after losing Kopa, hes way overprotective when it comes to Kiara.

Things were more dangerous with the hyenas around, I think he should of just let Kiara explore on her own.

Yeah, it was his restrictions that caused Kiara to wander off too. He always sent Timon and Pumbaa with her and that drove her away.
