As I mentioned in the July voting topic, there was a tie in place for the two members most voted for, so I decided that instead of trying to fit in a tie braking vote, I would instead roll over one of the winners into August. Therefore, the two members are:

Congratulations to you two! I know that I myself personally have been waiting to see your names come up as the most voted for, and while I did not expect a tie, I am certainly not minding it. I am also sure that others have a similar opinion. Well done!
