Would anyone wish to have a feature where you could hide the chatbox? It'd just be a simple show/hide link and it would stay hidden or shown when you visit the index page.

Yeah why not. Even if I don't use it very often, I think it's a good idea

If you can, do add a show/hide feature. If not... just place the chatbox at the bottom of the page instead of the top.

I wouldn't mine either of those options.

I will probably keep it shown but yeah that would be good for the people who do want it I guess. My only concern is people will hide it and continue to post generic chats in other threads again.
Tell you one thing though it's nice to have the chatroom active again, 'least it was yesterday.

Option to NOT appear on the chat room list would be good. Why let people set their selves to "hidden" if it shows they are online via the chatroom anyway?
