Hello all, I recently switched the site to force a secure HTTPS connection (this only means if you go to http://mylionking.com it redirects to https://mylionking.com). It's something I've been meaning to do for a while and it took some work, but I think everything should be good now.

You should see a little green lock in your browser now:

For you security nerds out there, it'd be a good idea to change your password as a precaution.

EDIT: FYI you may not always see the green lock. That usually means that there are images on the page somewhere that were loaded over regular http://, which is fine. Your connection is still secure.

I don't think one lock is enough to secure this website. We need more like... I dunno, maybe three? We could have one for the front page of the site, one for the forum index, and maybe another for the chatbox. Also, how resistant are these locks to lockpicking?

All joking aside, it's about time. I've been thinking MLK should get encryption for years.
