I recognize that animation. Eduardo signed up last year to post he was doing a Lion King 20th anniversary tribute by animating "The Madness of King Scar". He never returned to post his final animation, but I'm glad you found it. This is incredibly well done, and close to what Disney would do if they animated a Lion King scene given he commented that he used Toon Boom Harmony software below the video.

ahh I was hoping I'd see a thread for this! I just saw it yesterday and I can't stop thinking about it. it's so well done, and it's wonderful to see this very terrifying and emotional scene animated as if it were really part of the film.
I feel like I could practically consider this part of the TLK canon, haha
