Jotu nuzzled her. "We'll get her back soon, I promise." He said, not really sure if he had just made a false promise right then and there. Sighing, he started to walk towards the edges of the desert.

Kamari had been without her daughter for about a year now, and was determined to find her. She found her way to the desert, hoping her daughter was near.
