Jotu smiled. "I'd love to meet him."

"He has the same fur color as you, and a black mane with a blue stripe, y'know, since Maji's got a blue streak. And green-blue eyes." He looks like a mixture of you two. More you than Maji, though." Kamari smiled a weak smile that soon faded. She missed her daughter and wondered if she'd ever get her back.

Jotu nuzzled her. "We'll get her back soon, I promise." He said, not really sure if he had just made a false promise right then and there. Sighing, he started to walk towards the edges of the desert.

Kamari also wasn't sure they would get her back either, but she didn't say anything.

Jotu beckoned for her to follow.

Kamari had been without her daughter for about a year now, and was determined to find her. She found her way to the desert, hoping her daughter was near.

Dead bodies littered the border of their territory.

Kamari carefully stepped over each one, until she saw a beige lioness in the distance.

Rangi stared, then left. It seemed like she was heading for the Pridelands.
