A few years have passed since the pridelanders returned from their journey to the city of Nzuri, the Pridelands are as peaceful as ever. Simba and Adofo are sitting on top of Priderock just looking over their land.
Adofo: Hey Simba.
Simba: Yeah?
Adofo: Have you noticed how peaceful this place has been lately?
Simba: Yeah. It’s kind of wired not having anything going on to take care of.
Adofo: Yeah.
Soon they hear a noise off in the distance, a helicopter coming towards Priderock.
Simba: Hey Adofo, there’s Christen!
Adofo: I think you’re right. Let’s get down there.
Simba and Adofo walk down Priderock and make it to the ground just as the helicopter lands.
The helicopters blades start to slow down, Nick gets out first and runs to the other side of the helicopter and a little six year old Sampson springs out of the door.
Sampson: DAD!!!!!
Sampson sprints to his father for a hug.
Adofo: Hey their buddy, how you doing?!!
Sampson: Great!!!!
Adofo: Good! Where’s your mother?
Sampson: She’s coming!
Nick is helping Christen to slowly get out of the helicopter. She is pregnant with another child, she looks like she could be due anytime.
Christen: Thanks Nick!
Adofo: Hey!
Christen: Hey!
The two give each other a quick kiss.
Adofo: What are you doing out here? You shouldn’t be traveling!
Christen: Hehehe you can’t keep me away that easy!
The other pridelanders come to greet the Jameson family.
Sampson: Hi Uncle Simba!
He runs to hug his lion uncle.
Simba: Hey little guy!
Nala: You are getting so big!
Sampson: YEP! I’ve grown two inches!!
Simba: Wow, you’re going to be as tall as your dad soon!
Christen: Hi everyone!
Nick: Hey!
Nala: Wow Christen you look great!
Christen: Well thank you!
Kiara: Wow! How far are you Aunt Christy?
Christen: Well I wanted that to be my surprise, I’m due any day now and this time I wanted Adofo to be here! I know you couldn’t have been with me when Sampson was born so I really wanted you to be here this time!
Adofo: I could have come back to the city, you didn’t have to come out here!
Christen: No, I wanted too! Oh! She’s kicking! Want to feel?
Adofo puts his hands on her stomach and feels a whole bunch of strong little kicks.
Adofo: Wow! Those are some pretty strong kicks she has!
Christen: Yeah, she’s going to be strong like her father!

Zazu: Simba! The hyenas! THEY’RE BACK!!!!!!
Simba: How many?!
Zazu: It’s only three of them but they are causing a lot of trouble!
Adofo: Alright, Kovu, Kopa come with us!
Kovu: Let’s go!!
Adofo: We won’t be go long, just relax!
Christen: Okay.
The four run to the edge of the Pridelands and find three hyenas about ready to eat a few meerkat’s.
Shenzi: You know what I’ve always thought?! Things always seemed to taste better in the Pridelands.
Banzai: Yeah I noticed that too! Especially little meerkat’s!
The meerkat’s are standing in the middle of the three looking too terrified to move.
Ed: HAHAH, uhh.
Banzai: What Ed?
They turn around and see the four boys standing behind them.
Shenzi: Uh oh!
Adofo: Just what we wanted to find You three!
Banzai: Uh hey long time no see huh!? You two look great!
Shenzi: You’ve been working out haven’t you!??
The meerkat’s quickly slip away and back into one of their holes.
Banzai: Aww man it seems like it was yesterday when two were so little and cute!
Simba: Oh yeah, when you chased us and wanted to eat us?!
Banzai: Uhhhhh
Adofo: The only reason we let you go after you managed to survive the fire is because we actually felt a little sorry for you, and now you come back on our land and start causing all kinds of trouble!?
Ed just stupidly shakes his head yes and Banzai whacks him in the side of the head.
Simba: Look we’re in a little bit of a hurry so are you going to leave or do you want to take your chances of staying?
Shenzi: So what exactly does staying mean?
Simba: Adofo.
Adofo pulls up his hood and gets out his bone machete and starts to walk up to the three hyenas.
Shenzi: Right……
Banzai: Beat it!!!
The three hyenas take off in fear as quickly as they can.
Kopa: That wasn’t too hard!
Simba: Come on let’s get back.
They head back to pride rock, no one is outside but everyone seems to be inside the entrance to the cave looking at something. The four get everyone to stand aside and on the cave floor Christen is on the ground lying down with a blanket over her, Nick supporting her head and Rafiki at her feet. Christen is screaming in pain.
Adofo: WHAT’S HAPPENING!!??
Nick: Oh hey! She’s having a baby!
Christen: ADOFO!!!!!!!
Adofo quickly rushes to her side.
Adofo: I’m here!
Christen: Oh good, could you let me hold your hand?
Adofo: Yeah sure! How are you feeling is there anything-
Christen: AAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
Christen yells in pain as she squeezes Adofo’s hand.
Adofo: AAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!
She let’s go of his hand after the pain stops.
Christen: I’m sorry honey!
Adofo: ………my hand!!!!!!
Adofo is lying on the floor clutching his hand in pain.
Rafiki: Don’t worry, you’re doing great!
Christen: Oh no! Simba give me your paw!
Simba: Uhhhhh
Christen reaches over and grabs his paw and crushes it like Adofo’s.
Christen: AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
Simba: AAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
Christen lets go of his paw.
Simba: Ohhhh!!!! Owwwwwwww!!!!!!!
Christen: Oh no he’s comes a big one!
She reaches over and grabs Adofo’s other hand.
Christen: AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
Adofo: AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!! WHY!!!????
Christen: BECAUSE YOU DID THIS TO ME!!!!!!!! AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!
Adofo: AAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
Christen stops screaming but then everyone can hear something crying.
Rafiki: She’s here!
Rafiki wraps something in a little blanket and hands her to Christen.
She stops crying and slowly her eyes open to her mother.
Christen: Hey there! Adofo, would you like to meet your daughter?
Adofo and Simba slowly begin to get up off the ground and Adofo sits up next to Christen.
Christen: Say hello to little Shanon Sarabi Jameson!
Adofo: Hey!
He touches her cheek with his finger and she grabs onto it.
Adofo: Wow you’re already so strong!
Christen passes her over to him and she looks up to her parents with a smile on her face.

Christen: Sam come meet your little sister!
Sampson: Hi little sis!
Simba: Congrats bro!
Adofo: Thank you!
Christen: Adofo…….I have to tell you something.
Adofo: What?
Christen: Tomorrow morning I have to start traveling around the world so I won’t be back for a while.
Adofo: What?!! For how long!???
Christen: About five years.
Adofo: Five years!?!!
Christen: I’m really sorry!
Adofo: Why so long??!
Christen: Well me and Nick are having to do a lot for the company for the rest of the world and we can’t do it from here. It’s so much to do it’ll take about five years.
Sampson: Mom do I have to go too!??
Christen: Yes Sampson.
Sampson: No! Want to stay with dad! I don’t wanna go!
Christen: Sampson I’m sorry but you have to come! I know you really love spending time here, I do too but this is something I have to do.
Sampson climbs on Adofo and holds onto him, not wanting to leave him.
Sampson: Dad please can I stay here! Please!!!!
Adofo: I’m sorry son but you have to go with your mother.
Sampson: But……I’ll miss you!
Adofo: Hey I’ll miss you too! But be honest with yourself, you can’t handle it out here for five whole years. You can’t eat raw meat, or sleep in a cave for five years.
Sampson: You did! If you can I can!
Adofo: Hehe yeah I did and I’m not saying you couldn’t, it’s harder out here then you think. I don’t want you to go through that.
Sampson starts to cry a little bit.
Adofo: Hey hey, it’s okay. How about I give you a job?
Sampson: What?
Adofo: I want you to take care of your mother and sister for me while you’re all away. Can you do that for me?
Sampson: I will, and I’ll make you proud!
Adofo pats his son’s head.
Adofo: That’s my boy!
The next morning Nick, Christen, Sampson and Shanon all board the helicopter to head back to town to get ready to travel the world.
Nick: See you later cousin!
Adofo: See you!
Christen: Adofo, again I’m really sorry.
Adofo: Hey it’s okay!
Adofo and Christen share a long kiss goodbye.
Christen: Sam say goodbye to everyone!
Kopa: Bye little guy!
Sampson: Bye!
Vitani, Kopa, Kovu and Kiara all hug their little human cousin goodbye.
Sampson: Bye Uncle Simba, bye Aunt Nala!
Simba: Bye Sam!
Nala: Be good!
The two hug Sampson goodbye.
Sampson slowly walks up to his father to say goodbye.
Sampson: Bye dad!
Adofo: Bye buddy!
Adofo kisses Sampson on his head before he gets on the helicopter.
Adofo walks over to the carrier holding Shanon right before she takes her into the helicopter.
Adofo: Bye baby!
He kisses her on the forehead.
Adofo: I’ll see you when you’re a little more grown up!
They all get aboard the helicopter but suddenly Sampson jumps out of the helicopter and runs to his father.
Sampson: I don’t want to! I don’t want to leave you!
Adofo: Hey it’ll be alright!
Sampson: No it won’t!
Adofo: Why? What’s wrong?
Sampson: You were five when you and Uncle Simba lost granddad Mufasa! I don’t want you to die either!
Simba: Sam our father died because of Scar, nothing like that will happen to yours!
Sampson: I know! I’m just scared to take the chance!
Adofo: Hey! Sam, I promise nothing will happen to me. We will all be waiting for you right here when you get back! Okay?
Sampson: You promise?
Adofo: I promise!
Sampson gets in one last hug with his dad.
Sampson: I love you!
Adofo: I love you too!
Adofo picks up Sampson and puts him in his seat in the helicopter. Adofo back away from the helicopter as it starts to take off.
Simba: Well, there they go!
Adofo: Yep!
Nala: You going to be okay?
Adofo: Yeah….I’ll be fine.

On the other side of the Pridelands in a small cave the three hyenas are upset.
Shenzi: Man I can’t believe this!
Banzai: We got chased away from a perfectly good meal!
Shenzi: And by those two brats! We should have gotten rid of them a long time ago!
Banzai: Now we can’t even get a little snack around here without worrying about running into them and getting torn apart!
Ed starts to lick Banzai’s leg because he’s so hungry, Banzai whacks him away.
Banzai: GET OFF ME!
Shenzi: Those lions ruined everything! If they hadn’t have come back we could have just moved on and found some more food!
Banzai: And what about that human?!
Shenzi: Yeah, I know we should have just eaten him when we had the chance, Scar’s bodyguard or not! At least then Simba wouldn’t sick him on us every time we try to get a drink of stinking water!
A lion stands at the entrance of the cave.
Bali: Maybe I can help with that!
Banzai: Bali?! What are you doing here!??
Shenzi: We thought you left!
Bali: I did, but now I’m back! So what’s going on? I heard that Scar’s two little nephews are running the show now.
Banzai: Yeah, because of them we can’t even get a decent meal around here!
Bali: Really? I thought you took care of Simba a long time ago!
Banzai: Uhhhhh...
Shenzi: We kind of thought nature would kind of take care of that part.
Bali: And what about that human, what’s his name?
Shenzi: Yeah, Adofo.
Bali: Yeah him! What about him?
Banzai: He’s still around too.
Shenzi: He’s actually Simba’s little attack dog now!
Bali: Aww come on, you should be able to handle him, he’s just a human.
Banzai: Are you kidding!? He’s crazy!
Shenzi: He’s a lot tougher than he looks, and he looks pretty bad!
Banzai: You know I heard he took a shot to the stomach, and jumped from sixty feet in the air and managed to survive!
Shenzi: Oohhh that guy scares me!
Ed is laying in the corner actually shivering with fear from them talking about Adofo.
Bali: Hmmmm interesting.
Shenzi: What was that you said earlier about helping us?
Bali: Nothing, I just had this little idea of taking back Priderock for you.
Banzai: WHAT! FOR REAL!??!
Shenzi: Why would you do that for us?!!
Bali: Come on, I’ve always been nice to you. Besides I hate that just because lions are at the top of the food chain doesn’t mean we can’t share our place at the top!
Shenzi/Banzai: YEAH!
Ed just gets up off the ground with a huge stupid grin of his face and his tongue hanging out.
Bali: Now first thing we need to do is round up some more hyenas, then we start our training. Flushing those two out is going to be a big job but the reward will be well worth it! Hehehe……

Five years pass and the sun starts to rise.
Kopa hears a helicopter off in the distance.
Kopa: Hey…..they’re back!
Kopa takes off back to Priderock.
Kopa: DAD!!! UNCLE ADOFO!!!!! THEY’RE BACK!!!!
Simba: Whoa Kopa slow down!
Adofo: Who’s back?
Kopa: Aunt Christen!
Adofo takes off outside and sees the helicopter coming in fast towards Priderock.
Simba: Is that them!?
Adofo: You bet it is!
Adofo followed by the other Pridelanders run down to the ground and waits for the helicopter to land.
Slowly the Helicopter lands they all anxiously wait to see the Jameson’s step outside.
As soon as the blades start to slow down a ten year old Sampson leaps out of the helicopter and rushes to his father.
Sampson: DAD!!!!!
Sampson: Runs into his father and hugs him tight.
Adofo: HEY BUDDY!!! I missed you! How you doing?
Sampson: Great! I’ve been waiting for this day for a long time!
Adofo: Me too buddy!
Adofo looks over at the helicopter and sees Christen and Nick get out of the helicopter and Christen helps a little girl onto the ground.
Christen: Come on honey! It’s okay!
The little girl looks right at the man in the hoodie.
Shanon: Is that him?
Christen: It sure is!
Sampson lets go of his father and steps off to the side and Adofo kneels down, looking at the little girl.
The little girl takes a few steps forward before sprinting to Adofo.
Shanon: DADDY!!!!!
She crashes into him and they hug each other. Shanon starts crying from being so happy.
Shanon: I love you!
Adofo: I love you too! It’s great to see you! Say, how old are you!?
Shanon: I’m four! I’ll be turning five in a few weeks!
Adofo picks up Shanon and holds her on his side and Christen walks up to Adofo and kisses him.
Christen: Hey you!
Adofo: Hey! I’m glad you’re back!
Christen: Me too!
Again Christen makes out with Adofo.
Adofo: Hey Shanon, would you like to meet the rest of your family?
Shanon: Yeah.
Adofo: These are your cousins Kiara, Kopa, Kovu and Vitani!
Shanon: Hi!
Vitani: Hey!
Kiara: Wow, you’ve grown so much since we last saw you!
Shanon: Thank you!
Adofo: And this is your Aunt Nala and Uncle Simba!
Shanon: Hello!
Nala: Hey little one!
Simba: Hey there!
Adofo: You wanna give them a hug?
Shanon: Uhhhh
Nala: It’s okay!
Simba: We won’t bite!
Shanon: Okay.
Adofo sets Shanon down and she nervously walks up to the king and queen and they hug each other.
Shanon: Oooooooh you’re so soft!
Simba: Well thank you!
Adofo: What do you say, you wanna ride on Uncle Simba?
Christen: Adofo you could at least ask him first if it’s okay!?
Simba: Don’t worry Christen, I’d love to!
Adofo picks up his daughter and sets her on Simba’s back.
Simba: Sam, you wanna ride?
Sampson: Sure!
Sampson jumps on his uncles back behind his sister.
Nick: So what’s been going on?
Kovu: Nothing much lately, it’s kind of boring right now.
Simba: Hey how about we take the kids to the top of Priderock?
Sampson: Really Uncle Simba!?
Adofo: Yeah, I think they’ll like it!
Christen: I don’t know, is that safe?!
Sampson: Come on mom!
Shanon: Please mom!
Adofo: Yeah they’ll be fine.
Christen: Ohh okay!
Adofo walks up to the top of Priderock with Simba still carrying his kids on his back.
Sampson: Wow!!!
Adofo: Everything the light touches all belongs to Uncle Simba!
Simba: Adofo how many times do I have to say this, this is both our land!
Adofo: Simba this is yours! You’re the king so it’s yours!
Simba: Hey, you’re my brother so I say it’s your land too!
Adofo: But I’m not the king!
Simba: Alright then as king, any brother or sister of the king or queen is now a vice king or queen! End of story!
Adofo: Simba-
Simba: No, that’s it! That was the whole problem with Uncle Scar, so it’s done!
Adofo: Well…….wait. What’s that?
A giant herd of animals are approaching Priderock.
Shanon: Daddy what are those!??
Adofo: Hyenas!
Simba: Come on Dofo!

They quickly rush down the side of Priderock and run into the cave with the others.
Nala: Whoa, what’s the rush!?
Adofo: The hyenas!
Simba: They’re back!
Adofo: Everyone outside!
Adofo quickly takes Sampson and Shanon off his brothers back.
Adofo: Kids stay in here with your mother!
Sampson: Dad I can help!
Adofo: Sorry Sam, it’s too dangerous!
Nick: Should I help?
Adofo: No, we got this!
The pridelanders go outside and stand their ground in front of their home.
The Jameson’s step outside to watch the fight from the ledge.
Shenzi: Guess who’s back!!!!???
Ed just laughs hysterically.
Simba: What are you doing back here!?!
Banzai: We’re here to take back what’s ours!
Simba: And what would that be?!
Shenzi: Your kingdom!
Adofo: Humph. Over my dead body!
Shenzi: Oh good you already know the first part!
Timon: Hahaha! What makes you think you can take these guys!?!?
Shenzi: Well we’ve had a little help to get us ready for this!
Nala: Who would help any of you!?
A voice comes from somewhere inside the crowd of hyenas.
Bali: I would!
A lion walks through the army of hyenas to the very front.
Bali: Hello Adofo! Long time no see!
Adofo: Bali.
Simba: You know this guy?
Adofo: Yeah, while you were gone this guy became good friends with Scar. Then he just left. What are you doing coming back here, Scar’s gone in case you didn’t know!
Bali: Oh I know, I know everything, Scar was killed by these guys right here for betraying them, I know the outsiders rejoined your pride, I know you went to the city, died and came back to life, you even started a family! But I also know my time here wasn’t wasted.
Simba: What are you talking about?!
Bali: Why don’t you ask my son?
He looks straight at Kovu.
Kovu: What?!!??
Bali: Hello son! How have you been?
Kovu: I’ll be better if you left!
Bali: Oh come on not even a hug for dear old dad, not even on our first little meeting?
Kovu: I said leave! I want nothing to do with you!
Bali: Aww that’s too bad, just remember I gave you a chance.
The hyenas start to slowly approach the pridelanders. The pridelanders get ready to attack. The hyenas attack the pridelanders. Some are piling on top of lions and others are just trying to bring them down to the ground. Timon and Pumbaa try their best to fight but just end up running away. The pridelanders slowly wear down a lot of the hyenas. A ton of hyenas pile on top of Adofo, completely covering him.
Sampson: DAD!!!
Simba: Sam stay where you are!
Soon Adofo manages to break through the mountain of hyenas on top of him and one by one throws them off of him. After hurling the last hyena to the ground he spots Bali all by himself, looking actually a little bit worried.
Adofo: You’re next!!!!
Bali: Uh-oh. RETREAT!!!!!
All the hyenas get up and as best they can limp off.
Adofo is still going for Bali.
Simba: ADOFO! Let him go!
Adofo: You sure?!
Simba: Yeah……they won’t be back for a while.
