Babu is a young baboon who only appears in In The Fur of Another.

Babu is a young baboon with an appearance similar to Rafiki. Compared to Rafiki, he has a short tail and little hair below his chin.

Babu appears to be helpful and friendly.
Information
In the Dutch comic, In The Fur of Another, Babu is seen learning from Rafiki how to make black paint. Afterwards, he helps Simba appear like a zebra by painting black stripes on his fur.
